Clean room friendly staff. Pool was nice. Elevator was out of order, we were on 3rd floor but it didn't pose problems for us. Possibly could someone with health issues.

The elavator was'nt working. We were put on the 3rd floor. For a couple of 80+ year olds, this became a challenge.
