Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie

Close to the train station and was not far from things like Disney and other popular sites.

Perfect location, right across the street is Shiomi Station; 3 stops from Tokyo station and 3 stops from Disney. Great and helpful staff. Landry facilities are awesome except that for a large load it may require an extra cycle of dry. We are a family of 5 in a room with 3 beds.

Very helpful receptionist. She helped me on planning route to airport and eventually called a taxi for me The room is clean and functioning excellently Breakfast is wonderful. This is my second time staying in this hotel. It serves the best breakfast in our three weeks trip in Japan The hotel locates in a quiet residential neighborhood. Many restaurants are around. The train station is 3 minutes away. Very convenient.

I booked the Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie very last minute because I had cancelled another hotel after reading some not-so-great reviews. Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie was amazing. They room we had (Hollywood Twin) was very spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly whenever we needed them and the location of the hotel was very convenient (mere steps from Shiomi station). Our room faced the train station and we very rarely heard the trains or our neighbors. The insulation between rooms and from the outside is legit because we always felt peaceful in our room and did not feel bothered by the noises of outside or others. The bathroom is spacious compared to what we have experienced in Japan before. However, be aware that the toilet and sink/shower are in two separate rooms. We liked this for sanitation purposes, but realize that this may surprise others. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the room cleaning system they employ. As a heads up, the beds are on the firm side and the pillows are not very plush, so be aware of that if that's something you prefer or may need.
