Clean, modern and spacious condo. We loved the kitchen area and the location to the college. Guest services was quick to respond when we had questions.

The manager and staff were excellent! The apartment was incredibly nice. If I move to WI, I’ll rent a unit!!!

We had a wedding party block.
Rooms are spacious, clean, new…awesome.
They also have a bridal ready room that is Spectacular for the girls to get ready and celebrate in AND a room for the groom and his boys. Both are decorated to make the day feel special. An incredible experience all around ❤️. Highly recommend for wedding and guests.

We were stunned at how much you got for your money here. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with a full kitchen. It had a washer and dryer and two huge bedrooms with a tv in each major room for a total of 3. The location is convenient to anywhere nearby and communication was easy and quick when we had questions. Highly recommend a stay at The Fairway. We will come here again. A lot for the money!
