The bed was very comfortable! I would not recommend the top bunk, if you are older than 20. The laundry room needs some way to track the people that are using the machines as the staff was not willing to manage taking out guest clothes when they were not prompt to remove from machines. Overall I would stay there again it was convenient. Bring a sleeping eye mask if you need a nap during the day hours.

From the moment I arrived to checkout, I had a phenomenal experience. The staff at the front desk was amazing and the cleanliness of the property is HEAVENLY!!! I stayed during a Saints game so the outside traffic was a little noisy, but the actual hostel was very quiet. Location is perfect in the heart of downtown where you can conveniently walk/trolley to just about anywhere you need. HIGHLY recommend! Management is crème de la crème.
