Hotel was ok but the staff was excellent

Room was updated and new furniture since last visit. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed breakfast and the kind woman who was maintaining the food offered.

Our standard room #203 was clean, with updated modern decor. The beds were very comfortable and the four pillows on each bed were not too large and were just the right amount of support. The room has a nice large refrigerator and a microwave. Room darkening shades were fairly effective at reducing morning light. There is a large TV and a unique cabinet with large drawers to store small bags or to unpack and store items out of the suitcase.
Breakfast was good with scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, french toast, waffles to make yourself, cold cereals, sausage.

The Hotel was clean and quiet, and it is well located for exploring the Door County peninsula.
