Aside from the tub not draining during the shower it was a great room. Really enjoyed having the kitchen in the room.

We loved this hotel. It suited everything we were doing in London.
Staff were great, room was gorgeous and communal areas were just right for us. Only downside was communication pre trip. I tried to book through app and website using loyalty voucher. Couldn't get the hotel website price I had seen online. Contacted hotel, advised to email but didnt get a response. Silver lining was I got an even better deal through a third party website.
