The staff were so polite and the accommodation provided a true Japanese experience. The included dinner (kaiseki) and breakfast (Japanese style) wearing our yukatas were true highlights. The family private onsen was also pretty special.

Prívate onsen in room was perfect. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Exquisite meals

Dinner and breakfast are great. The hotel area is quiet, we can simply relax inside the hotel and enjoy the hot spring

Tachiro-san and his team are brilliant. They are very attentive and they look after us very well during our stay. The kaiseki dinners and breakfast are very yummy. All food served are at the highest quality. We have private open-air onsen in our room, which is a must. You can soak in the onsen at anytime you like. The whole experience is very personal and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
