We reached the hotel earlier than the standard check-in time, and to our surprise, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in. This made a big difference, as we were able to settle in, freshen up, and head out for sightseeing without any hassle.
We also had lunch at the hotel's restaurant, and the pizza was one of the best we've ever had. It was an unexpected highlight of our stay.
During our two-night stay, we were able to enjoy breakfast on one morning. We had to leave very early the next day, so we couldn't have breakfast then. There were plenty of options for non-vegetarian guests, but as vegetarians, we were also happy with the variety and quality of the food.
The only drawbacks were that the room was quite small, and the housekeeping could have been better. The coffee pot was still wet inside and did not appear to have been cleaned properly.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The friendly and accommodating staff, excellent food, and convenient location made our visit to Venice enjoyable, and we would happily recommend this hotel.

We stayed just a night but everything was as expected and described. What shines the mist is how helpful the staff was.

We had a great day at the Ibis hotel. It was very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was very accommodating. Fatou was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast manager as well. We would definitely come back to this location. danke
