A friendly welcoming staff, good breakfast, decent rooms, convenient location, close to the center. There was no child chair in the breakfast restaurant. And the wifi was not working properly.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, although their English was limited.
However, there were some disappointing issues. During our five-night stay, the room was never cleaned. We requested housekeeping every day, but it was never done. The towels were replaced only twice during the entire stay.
The refrigerator was also a major problem. It barely worked and did not keep anything cold.
We also tried the sauna and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was completely out of order. Even though we had requested the sauna to be turned on an hour in advance, it never reached a comfortable temperature. Overall, the spa facilities were below expectations.
Despite these issues, the room itself was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were polite.
