I think what you pay you get. ItThis is not a five star hotel so you have to be reasonable what to expect. The location is perfect, you are right in the downtown. The room was clean, big enough for two people, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was amazing. The only negative thing was the noise coming from the bar across the street. Be ready you are not going to sleep till 2 AM if your window is facing the bar.
