The A/C was not working. WiFi was not good. Elevator was not working. Small parking. Pool has to much chlorine

The room was very clean, the hotel itself was clean. The “ocean front view” was amazing! The only 2 issues: 1. we were given the wrong room to start and they tried to tell us they didn’t have the correct room available. They did get the reservation fixed. 2. The elevators. One was down our entire stay. The other ended up breaking down our second day there and we had to use the stairs. I was on the 9th floor. After they got it fixed, the one elevator was so congested you would have to wait forever for it. It was always so full you could hardly get on it. We had to pack everything up the stairs most of our trip making it miserable to even leave the room half the time.

We had a great stay here. Staff was great and very helpful. Our room was great. However I feel like the pool could have been warmer for a heated pool. We would definitely stay here again. :)
