The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well looked after. The property is a short walk to town (10 mins), and the cable cars for the Secada (20 min) and Alpin de suis (10 mins).

Nice and friendly staff. Quiet and great location accessible to local transportation.
There didn't seem to be any air conditioning, so could be quite hot in sum

The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano.
