Everything went to plan and they upgraded our room. I would especially like to thank Enis, UMay hotel relationship and the best front server Ahmet and Okit, for making our experience unforgettable. Thank you again

It was a great experience. We got a upgrade to a sea view room. The guest relations liaison Umay made sure a baby crib was brought up and even gave out baby a cute toy to go. Clean facilities. So nice!
Only con was that the bedding had no blankets and there was only a flat sheet so we were a bit cold at night. Im sure if we can requested it they would have been able to provide.
