Citadines Bastille Marais Paris

Staff was very accommodating with the extreme heat. They did their best in the circumstances.

A great location and spacious room with kitchenette, air conditioning and a nice view of the park.

Good stay overall. The property is well located, with a nice outside environment and everything within easy walking distance. Housekeeping was consistent and appreciated. Kitchen amenities could be better equipped, and the coffee machine could be improved for a better experience. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with a few areas that could be enhanced.

We had a lovely week-long stay at the hotel. The hotel is centrally located on a quiet street in Le Marais, with multiple metro stations located within a 5-10 min walk. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was quite spacious, clean, well-lit, had high ceilings and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large, and the shower pressure and room air conditioning were adequate. The check-in process was seamless. Elevators were quick to arrive. No funky odours in the room. Soundproofing between rooms was sufficient. A few comments: it would have been nice if tissue paper and a rubbish can were provided in the main room. I wish there had been more pictures on the website. For our room, no pictures were displayed for the bathroom or kitchen. The main picture on the Hotels.com website shows a terrace with a bistro tables and chairs, which is somewhat misleading, as not every room had a terrace. Lastly, more housekeeping would have been appreciated. During our 6 night stay, our room was cleaned once. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this hotel for future.
