One big draw back for us was the refrigerator in the room only working for 2 hours then turning off. Staff had refrigeration in the lobby that was available but not in the room. Very strange!
Had to request housekeeping every day, otherwise it was every other day.
Otherwise the hotel was great!

My only complaint from the third floor, we had no water pressure.
