Great view of Castel and clean rooms

One of the best views of Cascassonne walled town. Black and orange decor was unusual, but the room had everything we needed. The restaurant/bar had lovely views and the food was fine.
Navigating the one way streets to the hotel was a challenge (our SatNav wasn't correct), but there was plenty of free parking nearby.

The hotel is ideally situated to walk to the castle in 15 minutes in one direction as well as a 15 minute walk in the other direction to the town.
The staff were really helpful and friendly, making our stay very pleasing.
Our room had a small balcony, which looked over the pont vieux, the river as well as part of the castle.
The room itself was very clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed and a good shower area. One downside was the small toilet area in a separate room/cupboard.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of foods and drinks to choice from.
The hotel offered secure underground parking at a rate of $15 per day. We paid for the parking, but if you want to save some money, there is a small public car park near the hotel for free.

Great value, clean and modern with nice design touches, in the rooms and all around the hotel. The view of the Citadel from my window was enchanting by day and by night - and from the restaurant and rooftop, just breathtaking. A short walk to the Citadel or main town, restaurants all nearby. Recommended.
