Great location for exploring Madrid, with metro access just steps away. The room was a good size, very comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent.

Excellent location! Right off the Gran Via - easy walks to transportation, tons of restaurants and shopping near by.
Excellent customer service - front desk was friendly and knowledgeable; she answered all our questions. They also were able to check us in a little early and stored our luggage both before and after our stay.
Hotel needs some updating - beds were a little uncomfortable. Sheets were clean but seemed worn. Of course we spent little time in the room as we were busy exploring the beautiful city! Great hotel especially for the price!
