The staff were amazing and the property was impeccable. This truly is a hotel that lives up to its name: StarHotels.

From the time we arrived and were greeted by Aaron at the front desk we were provided with outstanding service. Aaron, Ceasar, Jade and Arthur each in their way made our stay truly delightful. While I am sure I will miss some in trying, let me begin by mentioning the concierge Nahim Bidoudane who went out of his way to help us navigate our way around Paris and his recommendations for places to visit and dine were always spot on. Nahim, Michel and Taner were all so helpful. Truly a wonderful concierge team. Moving on from the front desk I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the wait staff and support team. The service we received was truly top notch. Their service was noteworthy, and the food prepared by the chef and his staff was delicious, especially those warm madeleines he would bring out every morning. And last, but not least, we want to commend and thank Fabrizio who prepared the best Bellini cocktails we have ever had. He was a delight to visit with and his attention to our needs will be long remembered. We hope to visit this hotel again in the future and will be sure to recommend it to others.

This is my favorite place to stay in Paris. The staff is lovely and helpful and you can’t beat the location.

Castille Paris was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, polished, and genuinely five-star. The staff could not have been more welcoming or accommodating, and we were incredibly appreciative of the beautiful room upgrade we received. The location is almost impossible to beat. You step outside and you’re right in the heart of Paris, next to Chanel and just moments from Place Vendôme, Rue Saint-Honoré, incredible shopping, cafés, and so many of the places we wanted to visit. Despite being so central, the hotel itself feels intimate, elegant, and tucked away from the crowds. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the hotel has so much Parisian charm, and every interaction with the staff made us feel well taken care of. I especially loved that Castille feels luxurious without feeling overly formal or impersonal — it has the character and service of a boutique hotel with everything you expect from a five-star stay. After spending several days exploring Paris, it genuinely felt wonderful to come “home” to Castille each evening. I recommend it without hesitation and would absolutely choose it again for another Paris trip. 10/10 location, service, and experience.
