Our stay at Park Royal Beach Cancun was excellent and met all of our expectations based on the reviews we had read from previous guests.
While the buildings are not the newest or most modern, the resort offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff, whose friendliness and outstanding service more than make up for the property’s age. They genuinely made our experience memorable.

Nothing against the resort, 2 of the restaurants were under renovation.

Beach access was amazing. Waiters and bartenders were super friendly.

We had a okay stay at this hotel. The food could be better, when I made the booking, it said that the hotel had 4 restaurants, but it turned out it was only 2. Also I slipt and fell 2 times once in the buffet and once infront of our room because there were spills that wasnt cleaned up! The room was clean but it had a terrible smell, specially in the bathroom. Staff was nice and friendly.
