All is great and very convenient, above my expectations. Great price to value ratio for Brussels.

Excellent location to both public transportation and city centre pedestrian walking areas! Very convenient as a property to stay and reach. The neighbourhood may look somewhat less save (but no issues at all with safety in practice even at midnight).
