Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. If our staff discovers any traces or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to demand a deposit of at least £300.
Please respect the peace and quiet of other residents and keep the premises clean as if it were your own home.

We spent a few days staying in this beautiful house in Bordeaux. The apartment we stayed in had an outside garden which was an extremely relaxing way to spend the evenings after a busy day sightseeing. The location was excellent too next door to the Jardin Public.

Nous avons passé deux jours avec nos deux filles. L'emplacement est super, la suite est très jolie avec une belle déco. On peut tout faire à pied. Le service de qualité avec une bonne communication, un bon petit déjeuner.
Je ne peux que recommander !

Flat and area is great however the agency needs to improve on-time and accurate communication which led us to start on the wrong foot though a last minute while we’re on-site was found, i spent 3-4 calls (inlt roaming) to fix the issue which dragged on until we arrived in the flat
