Very nice hotel, but the air conditioning does not work at all… we could not sleep in a room at 35c without air conditioning.
Spa is really nice!

Very classy and well maintained hotel in the heart of Vichy. The staff were wonderful and the warm hand towel upon arrival was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean with a large soaker tub and walk in shower. The access to the Vichy spa was across a walking bridge so you could go in your bath robe ..
A wonderful experience

The hotel has excellent amenities. The 4-hands trio therapy at their onsite is the best! The location is central, walkable to all town attractions.
