We had a cool room and the shower worked.
It’s great that the Jephson has parking unfortunately we parked in the street on Saturday - very busy. Walking distance from the centre of Leamington with lovely pubs and restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed breakfast though would have liked more fruit.
The room was a little cramped but met our needs.
The hotel was in a good location for our visit.

We have stayed here several times and like it because rooms are clean and even if small perfect for short stays . You are around 15 mins walk from the centre of Leamington with good shops , bars , pubs and restaurants if you don’t wish to eat in the hotel . The staff are always friendly , breakfast is plentiful and good quality . Also if you stay at hotel parking is free .
