The location of this hotel is fantastic, the room was clean and the staff were very good. They only thought I would say with it as there wasn’t a power socket by the bed, however, I did speak to a member of staff who gave me an extension lead. That solve the issue, fantastic service from them.

The hotel was perfect for our needs.
The room was warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We took the bus and tram from the airport. This took us to within 4 minutes of the hotel.
The bar and cafe served good value drinks. The hotel was very close to the main square. And, there is a fabulous cafe in the same building serving traditional polish fayre.
We will stay here again next time we visit Krakow.

Hotel is in a great location just a couple minutes walk from the main square. Just not quite a 5* as the rooms don’t have air conditioning and get really warm, and you can’t have windows open due to noise from traffic and passersby

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained, but what truly stood out was the front desk staff. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The price was very fair for the quality and service provided (€85)I would happily recommend this hotel and shall certainly return.
