Always a pleasure to stay at the Americ

Room was clean besides the handle by the in room jetted tub that had some pretty gross looking stains or dirt. The light up mirror over sink is too dim. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are really nice. The steam room by pool smells like mold really bad. Pool was nice and warm, hot tub was perfect temp. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff at front desk were all very nice.

The hot tub was broken but otherwise it was a very comfortable room

Staff were good and friendly.
Wifi sucked. Had a room on 1st floor and found ants everyday no matter how clean I kept the room.(I know 2nd floor + helps for ants but still). I even cleaned the tables with soap to help but they were relentless. Walls are very thin, I could hear everything going on in the hall to any room around me.
On the upside, fridge was larger than most hotel fridges. AC worked well.
