The check in was wonderful, she was so sweet!
The room was odd, it was a king suite with a full kitchen…absolutely no plates, cups or silverware!!!
Only pots…again odd!
We were taken aback by this, the nice lady at the front desk “found” some saucers for us to use and some silverware, thankfully!!!
Breakfast was as ok, was a little annoyed when the breakfast attendant “Michelle” said “you’re going to get an email about your stay, make sure you mention me!” Well, here you go Michelle, we mentioned your name!
*I was a breakfast attendant at a Marriot residence inn, it was completely unprofessional to mention to guests to mention your name for a review*
This was many years ago, perhaps policy has changed?!
My husband and I travel the world and he’s a lifetime Marriott member, this Marriott was a disappointment, unfortunately!
