There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit.

Clean rooms, spacious and quiet. Very friendly and accommodating staff, from the front desk to the kitchen and bar as well. Charming area, wished we could have stayed longer to explore around

I make a point of staying at this hotel when driving through Charlotte! It's SUPER clean, new, quiet, and the staff are excellent. I asked for a room away from the elevator because my mom is a light sleeper, and the woman at the front desk put us all the way at the end of the hallway. The beds are very comfy, the comforters are heavy and the pillows are diverse! If I could give them infinite stars I would.
