We had to drive to another resort to check in after 8pm. Not convenient when you are tired and it's cold outside. Disappointing for a lovely resort

My husband and I stayed here for a long get away weekend! We arrived, parked and spent the entire time shopping, riding the gondola, eating, swimming/soaking in the hot tub… it was such an amazing weekend! We didn’t move our car till we left at the end of the weekend! It was such a great location!
