Comfortable for sleeping while visiting Baylor University. Bare bones motel with large rooms, parking outside your room door, daily room service. We had a quiet stay and appreciated the nightly rate when area hotels had jacked up prices for orientation at the university.

The room is basic and clean. It's near Cottonwood Creek golf course. Restaurants are nearby and easy access to hi way 35. No thrills just convenient and clean room.

I was surprised to see how clean and well kept the whole facility was due to the low price range! I am a single woman who needed a place to stay during a horse event so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I will definitely be back in the event I need a place for another event!
