Stayed there for fourth time for annual visit for Grafton Races.
Only disappointment was that the adjoining French Restaurant has now closed. Plenty of other restaurants are nearby.

Great little beachfront motel. Has had a little glow up and has cute beach styling.
Rooms are neat and tidy with good amenities. Coffee machines, microwave et.
Bathrooms are good size and neat. Beds are comfortable. Access to local restaurants and beach are excellent.
