Facility was great and maintain well. But only problem is quality of staffs. Especially reception. Their action was always slow and no much hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at Moller Villa. The staff were all friendly. Some of them spoke English otherwise had their translators ready at all times. A staff named Tracy was extremely friendly and was really good at English. We wanted to take a tour around the estate but the staff only gave it in Chinese so she offered a tour in English after the Chinese one took place. She was very comforting and professional at the same time adding value to our experience at the hotel. I recommend taking the tour around the estate. It was really nice to know all the details Mr. Moller put into the villa that made our stay more special. There are local bars down the road if needed but I recommend trying some local places like Hong Kui Jia by a delivery app called Meituan.
