Pros:
Rooms and common areas very clean. Cold A/C. Good on the go Breakfast. Helpful staff. Decent restaurants close by. Very convenient to Down town Nashville if you leave early. Try Windle Smiths. A little run down Expellant fresh food. Meat and 3.
Cons:
Neighborhood is a little on the bad side, Lot of homeless people. I didn't have any issues. Had myself in before dark.

This is the rare experience of getting more than you paid for. This hotel far exceeded expectations for a hotel at this price point. Highly recommend.
