Fantastic location nice rooms with good parking
The Continental breakfast is very poor, it is best to go out for breakfast.
The WiFi internet in the hotel is not very good with filtering for example Amazon app dosent work and Mobile phone coverage in the area is very weak
The TVs in the bedroom are very small for this day and age

Only reason I have an average for the amenities is that we didnt really use any other than the bar for a drink so couldnt provide a true reflection.
We stayed one night to attend a wedding at another local hotel. The hotel is pleasant, quiet and there is a nice walk to Battlefield 1403 which is a local farm shop and cafe.
