Vive Hotel Waikiki

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with tea/coffee/water available 24/7, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel which is great. Small rooms and outdated, they can use a fresh coat of paint, the biggest draw is the noise coming thru the very poorly (un)insulated windows and thru the AC unit mounted in the window however, the rooms are good insulated to each other though as I've never heard any neighbor noise throughout our stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the water and food. Breakfast was good but not many options.

I did not expect to love this hotel so much. The staff were always helpful and welcoming from the front desk to valet and from the workers at the breakfast buffet. Which was always stocked and had fresh fruit and good hot foods and bread. When we first checked in our room smelled like cigarretes and was a little run down and when we asked to switch rooms Roger at front desk was very helpful and gave us a cleaner more spacious room. The free rent use of beach chairs, beach towels, totes and floaties which you can grab yourself and would need to use your room key to enter the storage were super convenient, you just have to return them by the bins at front desk after use. The location of the hotel is perfect. Its very close to the beach just a 2 min walk. And also close alot of other restaurants and stores. Overall i would stay again at this hotel!

Hotel front office staff excellent Hotel valet staff friendly, helpful, excellent . Hotel room service not up to par . We stayed 3 nights asked only once for room to be cleaned left a very nice tip and when we came back into room sink had never been cleaned and had fungus knats.
