Its clean, friendly staff, close proximity to beach. The pool is nice. I have been there many times and continue to stay there.

The room was excellent . The only issue was the refrigerator. 2 men tried to repair it but finally ended up replacing it.
It definitely was an inconvenience and interruption to our stay.
The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for us!

Great view of Atlantic & Atlantic Ave. Walking distance to beach & all the great shops & restaurants on the Avenue. We all enjoyed the pool. I'd highly recommend.
