10 / 10Wyjątkowy·maj 2026
I checked in after hours and very late.. Alison had everything organised to make my arrival and stay comfortable. The room was absolutely beautiful, lamps on, air con on so the room was cosy and inviting. Fresh milk in fridge, really cant ask for more! Thank you Bay Breeze Boutique Batemans Bay. Absolutely recommend.

Our only (minor) concern was that the toilet/bathroom door - while beautiful to look at, didn’t offer much in the way of privacy or sound-proofing. That would not stop us coming to stay again
8 / 10Doskonały·mar 2026
The parking is terrible, to tight, had to park next door.
Not to sure about your entrance when wet, not safe for older people.

Centrally located on the Riverwalk, close to different restaurants. Comfortable and cozy room.
