All the staff were helpful and nice, the only thing was, the room was very hot and warm, there was no AC, the hotel did provide a fan.

All the staff were very helpful but the older foreign gentleman on the front desk was absolutely fantastic- he went above and beyond to help us .

Really enjoyed my stay and breakfast was amazing.. Will go again. Handy beside bus station.
Onlly one thing I enjoy a pint in my room but gave me a plastic glass don't like plastic glasses

This was my second stay at The Beresford. I think its a great location between the main city area and the 3 Arena.
Its a short walk to either location and far enough to be away from rowdy noise when you want to get to sleep.
Breakfast has plenty of choice, the omelette made to order were perfect.
