Everyone was helpful and it was very clean. We struggled a little with our heavy suitcases because the elevator only goes to the 5th floor and they put us on the 6th. We got help checking in but were on our own checking out.

Super location. Walkable to the aqueduct, square and amazing restaurants. But like all places in Europe tight streets! So I suggest not driving up to it if you have a bigger vehicle. Wear good walking shoes!
