👍Location, parking, price, clean room, comfortable bed and good coffee from on-site restaurant
👎sleeping past 6.30am with laundry facilities and trolleys going past room 11(rubber wheels maybe),noisy air-conditioning, freezing bathroom due to window open for ventilation (not ideal in winter),poor quality tea and coffee in room(who drinks international roast coffee and tealux tea.) Bring your own plus milk. Next time I'll be requesting a different room, and bringing duct tape to keep the heat in and stop the air-conditioning from working so hard all night.
