A really lovely welcome, kind and caring host. Free off street car parking available, its 5 minuites walk to Boscombe Beach / pier. The place has character, a throwback B&B, i loved it and will stay again.

is pretty near the beach about a 5/10 minute walk downhill and the harvester on the beach. was an easy 5 minute or less drive to the shops. Was pretty quiet and we had a room that you could see the sea from. The owners were friendly and welcoming and went and got a fan for us as it was unexpectedly warm that day

Really lovely welcome from Allan. Very helpful and accommodating. Location was excellent only stopped one night but would go back and stop for longer if we’re down that way for a break.
