We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, and the room was very cosy. The hotel is close to the castle and monastery, with easy access to the tram lines, so very central. Lovely views of the city as well!

Really loved staying at this hotel. I arrived very early and asked if I could store my luggage. The staff agreed and told me that I could have a refreshment in their lounge area. I hung out in the lounge and in a short time, I was told that they would expedite a room for me. Within the hour my luggage had been sent to my room and I had been given a room. The staff continued to e extremely helpful in acclimating me to the area and informing about how to get around in Prague. I loved the “Old-World” charm of the hotel. I was traveling alone, but I think this would be a good hotel if you were traveling with a group because there were small common areas that could be used to hang out. This hotel was convenient to public transportation, the Prague Castle, restaurants and Petin Hill but was not near the downtown area.
There was a safe, fridge and minibar in the room.
