Hôtel George Sand Opéra Paris

We had an excellent stay at Hotel George Sands. It was centrally located near several metro stations, had many lovely food options near by. The bed was comfy and the rooms has great air conditioning. The front staff was always lovely and very helpful.

I would have given five stars for the excellent service from the hotel management. The air-conditioning system was broken during the heatwave and could not be fixed during our stay, but the staff did their best in very difficult circumstances, and processed a refund for the unused portion of our stay. When the AC is fixed I would have no hesitation to stay there again.

Great location.

The staff at Hotel George Sand Opera were genuinely nice, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay, which was definitely the highlight of my experience. The hotel is also very centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. However, the hotel feels quite old and dated, and there was a persistent stale smell throughout my stay that made the overall experience less comfortable. While I understand that older buildings can have character, in this case the property's age was noticeable in a negative way.
