Great Stay with Excellent Service Despite a Small Hiccup
At the beginning of our stay, we were a bit disappointed as we had booked a two-bedroom suite with a jacuzzi, but due to an issue with the room, we were moved to two separate rooms instead. Since we were a group of three, this wasn’t ideal, but the hotel made up for it by offering us a lunch voucher, which we appreciated.
From that point on, the rest of our experience was amazing. Katherina at the front desk was especially kind and helpful—she assisted us with booking taxis, gave great recommendations on places to visit, and even arranged our breakfast times over the three mornings based on our schedule.
All the staff, including the porter, housekeeping team, and the pool bar attendant, were extremely friendly and welcoming. The pool area itself was small but cozy, with a lovely view that made it a perfect spot to relax.
Overall, despite the initial inconvenience, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

A fine hotel to pick in Santorini! Close to Oia, easy parking. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could be a bit better, but very convenient.

Pros:
1. It is within walking distance of Oia village. (About 2.2km)
2. The parking lot is spacious and convenient.
3. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean.
4. The staff are friendly, there is a swimming pool, and our room even had a jacuzzi.
Cons: The view isn't quite as good as Oia and Fira. Other than that, there aren't any major downsides.
