All good

Stayed in a suite room. Staff were courteous and location is walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall.
Shortfall was lack of hand soap at the basin. None at the kitchen and the other toilet. Also TV remote control had difficulty in pressing, and no YouTube. Time to upgrade.
Will be staying again from 31 Dec - 4 Jan. Hope to see improvement.
Overall still better value vs homestay for the price paid.

The hotel was clean and very homely. My parents had nothing but only pleasing words about the hotel and its staff. Will definitely be staying here again for my next stay.
