Everything ok. No restaurt or terrace because the staffs day off. 20 minutes driving from the city center. Would recommend it.

Excellent location, stayed overnight before a ferry the next day.
The hotel is a little tired, but it us clean, great breakfast, close to the centre of the city and free parking.

This is great hotel, either as a stopover before you get a ferry from Bilbao Port (5 minutes drive) or spending a couple of days visiting Bilbao city as transport into the cityis very accessible.
Rooms are quiet, air-conditioned (but could have been more efficient) and have tea/coffee makong facility and a fridge. There is an underground carpark for a small additional fee, which keeps motorcycles safe. We have stayed here twice, both occasions there were wedding events, but still we had a quiet night.
The restaurant is okay, especially if you don't want to explore Santurtzi. Lovely friendly waiting staff who knew how to make a good cocktail.
Highly recommend this accommodation.
