Very good location for my purposes. Very productive location. Highly competent staff, polite and helpful.
Not a luxurious or deluxe hotel by any stretch. But very competent and productive.
I expect I will return many times in the future,

Room and amenities were great! They have a small dining area that you can order food from and some alcohol, there is events at time that travelers set up like karaoke, and location not too walkable but the train is right behind it and that was very very convenient! (Especially for the fest!)
