Clean room. A few minor holes in bed linen. Firm bed, nice towels, good shower. Basic breakfast with waffle iron, instant oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, apples. Good value.
Thin walls. Could hear traffic on highway.

Air conditioning was fine, I’m not a breakfast type of person, but coffee was hot and fresh, they offered fresh fruit, orange juice, and had a waffle maker.

We enjoyed our stay, very courteous and helpful. Breakfast area is small and gets crowded but I still enjoyed my coffee and waffle. The AC in our room was awesome. I would definitely come back.
