My friend and I had a great single night experience. We were in St Louis for a concert and this hotel met our needs perfectly. The staff was slammed when we got there just before 4pm check in. They got everything taken care of even though our room wasn't quite ready. There was so much going on but the staff was wonderful and kept us updated. We were able to get sheets and a blanket for the pullout in a nice all-in-one kit. There are several road closures and after reading reviews about the valet parking being impacted, we chose to park in a near by lot. Breakfast the next morning was great and the coffee was strong. We would absolutely stay here again!
