Our bathroom door lock is defective. We have to wait for 30 minutes before someone came to open it. But it takes 30 minutes to open coz no maintenance on duty. The manager were very apologetic. Aside from the defective door everything else is very good.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The bathtub faucet handle was really loose.
Front desk advised it would be fixed that day.
