The staff was kind and courteous. Check in and check out went smoothly. We booked a loft room and it was very spacious and clean, added bonus for the small kitchenette. However, the TV in loft was smaller and there was no TV in the downstairs queen bedroom. We used the outdoor heated pool and the indoor pool, both were great. The hot tub temperature was on the hot side, took a while to adjust to the temperature, but did enjoy it. Location of Inn is great. I would highly recommend staying at the Waterbury Inn, it was a great experience.
